I've been that woman. I know what it costs to keep performing a version of yourself that isn't quite true. And I know what becomes possible when you stop.
I'm a transformational coach, Identity Activator, and the author of Trust Your Magic. I'm also the founder of Grow For It Coaching, a Human Design practitioner, and someone who turned 55 and decided that this decade would be the most alive one yet.
My entire philosophy lives in one line: "Joy is the gateway." When joy leads, everything else follows — your decisions, your relationships, your business, your life.

Bi-bi-weekly live calls are scheduled at a consistent time each week so you can build the rhythm into your life. All calls are recorded and added to The Vault if you can't make it live.

Is this religious or spiritual?
