I agree to the terms and conditions:

 

  1. Coach & Client will meet as set out in the program offer and onboarding document or discussion via digital Zoom Meeting Format, over the program duration.
  2. Coach & Client will jointly follow the curriculum and in the program, client will develop a personalized Coaching Plan based on her desired outcomes/ results.
  3. Coach agrees to facilitate, and Client agrees to follow the program and plan.
  4. Coach agrees to spend an appropriate amount of time in preparation for meetings with the Clients. Clients will have access to communicate with Coach in between sessions via agreed upon Communication Methods.
  5. Client understands that the result of any coaching will depend on their ability to take effective action and follow the program and plan to the best of their abilities, communicate clearly and consistently with the Coach and to take responsibility for the results achieved. The Client agrees that the Coach can only facilitate. The responsibility for making any change is the Client’s alone as no one else can do this for them.
  6. The Client agrees to share with the Coach all matters on which the Client needs assistance in the group format and check in forms.. Client agrees that matters not shared with the Coach may not be resolved or may impede the successful achievement of her goals and objectives.
  7. The Coach agrees to use her best efforts to assist the Client to resolve any matters shared with the Coach and the Coach agrees to confidentiality.
  8. Client agrees that the Coach may assign tasks to be done in between program and coaching sessions, and that the Client will give their best effort to fulfill these tasks completely. Client further agrees that if the tasks are not done the outcome of the coaching can not be predicted and may be impacted.
  9. Client understands that the Coach is not providing psychological or medical advice and that Coaching should in no way replace sound treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Your Coach is not a licensed Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, MFT (Master in Family Therapy) or MSW (Master in Social Work). The services you receive are not licensed, nor are they regulated by a governmental body. The Coach will always provide only those services in which they have been trained and certified, and if necessary, the Coach will refer you to a licensed person who can assist.
  10. Client agrees to pay the Coach the program and/or coaching cost under this agreement based on payment option selected through this checkout page.
