  • I have LIVED a whole lotta life in my years. The reason I am here and OBSESSED with identity work is because it is the foundation of everything I have personally grown through in my years!

  • I was born in 1970 so that makes me a delicious vintage of experience 😜. I really started on my own path in my 40's after my first divorce.  
  • I have gone from a couch potato --> a 2x Figure pro in my 40's
  • A stay at home mom with nothing for myself to a multiple 6 and 7 figure business creator and now mentor and coach.
  • I have thrived through the most terrifying of life moments including cancer, financial destruction, single mom life, moving 4 times in 5 years, family stresses just to name a few.
  • I have done non-stop work on growing businesses, growing my brand, growing multiple incomes and most importantly.... growing myself.  
  • I reclaimed my health and fitness again at 54 and feel better than I ever have in my life 🪩
  • Knowing myself - thats been the most impactful  transformation and the lever that changes it all.
  • I am driven to help more women come back home to themselves and build a Next Level Life from a totally different energy than before. 
  • I refuse to teach anything I have not mastered! I am here serving so hard because I know what I used to feel like!
