I had no idea how capable I was. I would never have guessed the woman who had accomplished nothing but the joy of 3 babies would set out and after the age of 40 become a 2 Time international fitness pro, published fitness model, create 2 - 6 figure online businesses and a 7 figure network marketing business, lead a huge team, be a Key Note speaker, Be a sought after trainer, have a podcast and help more people than I know.β£
